Welcome to DJ’S GOBO. By purchasing or using our Gobo Logo Projector Lights, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom Design Submission

Customers must provide high-quality logo files or artwork for custom projection. We accept formats such as PNG, PDF, AI, or EPS. Low-resolution or unclear designs may result in delays or reduced quality, for which we are not responsible.

2. Proof Approval

A digital mockup will be sent for approval before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details (colors, design, spelling, etc.). Once approved, changes cannot be made.

3. Production Time

Custom lights typically require 3–7 business days for production after design approval. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to incomplete submissions.

4. Non-Refundable for Custom Orders

All custom logo projector lights are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery. We do not offer refunds for customer design errors or change of mind after production has begun.

5. Product Warranty

Our projector lights come with a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only. This does not include damage from misuse, water exposure (if used incorrectly), or modification.

6. Waterproof Usage

Our logo lights are water-resistant or waterproof, depending on the model. Ensure correct outdoor setup and follow installation guidelines. Misuse or improper installation voids the warranty.

7. Color Selection

Lights are available in multiple colors. Customers must specify desired colors at the time of order. We are not responsible for color dissatisfaction if no color was specified.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within the specified production time. Delivery delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

9. Damage Upon Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the claim and arrange for a replacement if eligible.

10. Limitation of Liability

DJ’s gobo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our projector lights. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
